Frequently Asked Questions

What do I need for the charter?
Bring food, drinks and sunscreen. We provide the ice, cooler, fishing equipment and licenses.

Should I call before the scheduled charter to confirm?
Yes, once you have checked into your hotel, contact us to notify us of your presence on the island, and to provide your contact number. You should also call the afternoon before your scheduled charter for a final confirmation.

Is my deposit refundable?
Your deposit is refundable if you notify us of your absence within 54 hours (3 days) of your charters departure; notify us via email of phone, email must be confirmed.

Why is the morning of my charter such an important time?
We begin prepping the boat at 4am, track the weather, and await your 'I'm on the way' phone call.

Can we bring bananas?
Absolutely not! Bananas are bad luck. Seriously, no joke!

How long are the charters?
A full day is 8-9 hours, 3/4 day is 6-7 hours, and a 1/2 day is 4-5 hours.

What happens to the fish?
Talk to the skipper and crew, so you will know what to expect. You will have a say in what happens to the fish.
